I started The Healing Hands Community Foundation in an effort to serve and support overlooked individuals in the community. While prepping for my SAT test this year, I realized the discrepancies for many students who need a certain score for college applications and scholarships. As a student who struggles with test-taking, it is my goal to match students with a tutor and peer-based program to alleviate the unnecessary test anxiety of the SAT. The SAT Scholar is a division of The Healing Hands Community Foundation.
Locations and tutoring
The SAT Scholar is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our program is open to all students around the world. Virtual sessions are available to students that are unable to meet in-person.
The SAT Scholar does not guarantee that this program will boost the scores of the students that join. Instead, this program has been created in order to alleviate the anxiety of test preparation.
